Duma passed in the second and third reading the law on an exceptional basis, non-profit organizations from the register of “foreign agents”.

The bill was introduced on February 4, on behalf of the President of Russia.

According to the adopted law on Friday, to be excluded from the register of NGOs should submit an application to the Ministry of Justice.

Along with the notice of the prosecution of the application, in NGOs should conduct unscheduled inspections. The audit may be decided to exclude NGOs from the list of “foreign agents”.

The main condition is the lack of foreign financing during the year, the rejection of foreign grants or refund received.

NGOs also should not engage in political duration.

In the deletion from the register may be denied if the test determines that the organization submitted false information.
