Motorcade with emergency humanitarian aid arrived in Lugansk and Donetsk regions. Twenty cars were taken to the areas affected by the fighting, about 200 tons of food and medicine.
On Friday, the Russian Emergency Situations Ministry convoy arrived in Lugansk, according to «Lugansk Information Centre». The main part of the delivered food and medicines will be sent to the villages and Chernukhin Kommisarovka affected by the fighting in the area Debaltseve. Just Lugansk was delivered about 100 tons of humanitarian aid.
It is also noted that the second part of a humanitarian convoy with emergency assistance for residents Debaltseve arrived in Makeyevka. Fifteen trucks brought there medicine, food, baby food and construction materials to rebuild infrastructure Debaltseve, reports . By unloading attracted more than 100 volunteers.
