Moscow. 15 Dec. INTERFAX.RU – Employees of administration of the seaside town of Dalnegorsk, the mayor of which Igor Sahota detained within investigation of abuse of authority in implementing the program of resettlement from dilapidated housing, defended the mayor.

As reported earlier, the source of Sahota detained after searches and seizure of documents at city hall. They were held in the case concerning the implementation of the program of resettlement of citizens from emergency housing. According to investigators, in late 2015, some officer from among the members of the administration, authentically knowing about average cost of 1 square meter on the secondary market of Dalnegorsk, has organized electronic auctions for the purchase of residential premises for the relocation of citizens in the municipal address program. Was issued just 17 orders to acquire 34 apartments at inflated prices. Then, staff has provided acceptance and payment in the manner prescribed by the contract size.
