It is assumed that the hackers used a DDoS attack to paralyze the servers of major banks and mass mailing provocative TEXT messages and social media sharing. According to “Kommersant”, the banks have already received the instructions of the FSB and the Central Bank and, following them, block clients with Dutch, German and Baltic IP addresses.
