Moscow. 15 Dec. INTERFAX.RU – the Head of European diplomacy Federica Mogherini admitted that the EU and Russia can work together to speak out against trump, for example, the agreement with Iran on the nuclear issue. She said this in interview the Wall Street Journal.
“I wouldn’t be surprised if again will be the issues on which it will be possible to see the European Union and Russia on one side – Iranian agreement, the peace process in the middle East, perhaps the role of the UN,” she said.
Mogherini expressed confidence that the agreement on the Iranian atom will remain in force, although during the election campaign, trump has said it is ready to come out of it.
In response to the question about what will survive this agreement, the diplomat replied: “Yes, I think in the interests of the United States to the implementation of this agreement was continued”.
