Russian President Vladimir Putin for the fourth time topped the rating of most influential people in the world, which is compiled by Forbes magazine. Last year the magazine also called him the most influential person

Russian President Vladimir Putin topped the rating of Forbes magazine’s most influential people. This is stated in the rating, which is published on the website of the journal.
