The Human Rights Council under the President of the Russian Federation Council (HRC) initiates changes in the declaration of human rights instruments on the day of the 70th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War. In particular, experts in “Russian News” online magazine “Market Leader” found that in this day it is planned to organize an international human rights forum, during which will be discussed to improve the legal mechanisms to protect human rights and freedoms.
Note that in December 2014, Russian President Vladimir Putin instructed the FH initiate adjustments to document human rights. Thus, the Russian human rights activists will present their foreign colleagues proposals to amend the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. The Russian human rights activists believe that the text of the Universal Declaration is a bit outdated. They confirm this fact occurred events in Iran and Iraq, on whose territory the uncontrolled use of weapons. In this regard, the authors declare they change the idea that the text loses its power and functions in a number of countries.
