Sverdlovsk Regional Court today recognized as valid diploma of higher education Head of Yekaterinburg Yevgeny Roizman, RIA Novosti reported with reference to the agency.
Recall that in October 2014 the Prosecutor’s Office of the Kirov region Ekaterinburg filed a lawsuit to invalidate the diploma mayor. In the words of Yevgeny Roizman, mess with the document occurred due to an error in the record book. So, one of the tests gave the mayor a nonexistent day – 30 February. The Mayor is copied to the carelessness of the teacher, and noted that the quality of its higher education historical claims can not be: he defended his thesis on “excellent”.
In November 2014 the Court of the Kirov district of Yekaterinburg considered the claim of the prosecution and denied his satisfaction. The defendants in the case are Yevgeny Roizman and Ural Federal University. After hearing the arguments of both sides, the judge decided to recognize the mayor of this diploma. Today the Regional Court upheld the district court decision.
