Ex-mayor of Petrozavodsk Shirshina appeal against the court decision on his retirement – RIA Novosti

MOSCOW, January 21 – RIA Novosti. The former head of Petrozavodsk Galina Shirshina intends to appeal the decision of the city court denied her lawsuit on the recognition of her dismissal illegal.

The MPs 25 December 2015 voted for the resignation of Shirshin and motivated by the fact that she did not fulfill their responsibilities. Shirshina considers unfair claims and challenged the decision of the city council in court. Respondent made Petrozavodsk city council, the person concerned – the city administration. On Thursday, the Petrozavodsk City Court refused Shirshin the lawsuit.

Shirshina told RIA Novosti that it intends to appeal the decision.

“Today the judge voiced the operative part of the decision –

to refuse brought against the lawsuit. Now My task – to wait for receipt of the reasoning part of and work with this motivation is very detailed. In any case, we have a solution will appeal, “- said the agency interlocutor.

Shirshina was elected to the post of Petrozavodsk in 2013 with the support of the party “Apple”.
