“All those who follow the progress of the investigation, I want to assure you that it is carried out exclusively objectively and comprehensively. As soon as possible questioned a large number of witnesses, including the hospital, the medical staff, the participants of the incident, conducted other investigative actions,” – said Markin.
He added that the investigation is in its final stage, after consulting the parties to the case file will be decided on the approval of the indictment.
Oktyabrsky District Court of Belgorod on Tuesday, January 12 arrested by February 29, the former doctor of the city hospital number 2 Zelendinova Ilya, who is charged under the article “intentional infliction of grievous bodily harm, negligently caused the death of the victim.” Protection advocated the election as a preventive measure to house arrest or on bail.
According to investigators, the incident occurred on December 29, 2015, when a man went to the hospital. According to law enforcement, in the course of one of the procedures he kicked the nurse, the doctor stood up for paramedic patient and hit in the face. As a result, the man fell and died of cerebral edema, which developed from the back of his head hitting a hard surface floor.
