RSPP: arrest Khoroshavina lead to a loss of image of Sakhalin – RIA Novosti

VLADIVOSTOK, March 5 – RIA Novosti. On Wednesday, the Basmanny Court of Moscow until April 27 arrested Sakhalin Governor Alexander Khoroshavina on charges of taking bribes in the amount of $ 5.6 million at the conclusion of a state contract for the construction of one of the blocks of Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk CHP. Within 10 days he should be indicted.

“In this situation, if you do not talk specifically about a person, I’m upset loss of image of the region. He was positive, the turned over the years, but now the image in question. A number of problems in the work with the governor at the RSPP, of course, was. It’s no wonder Russian President Vladimir Putin has repeatedly said that the authorities should be closer to the people, to work with social institutions and parties to respond to the comments. “I have not seen him much negative qualities, did not see any inconsistencies in the work. So for me, this was a very unpleasant situation”, – Andreev added.

According to him, all the possible candidates for the post of acting governor – the people who declared themselves on the positive side.
