President and Chairman of the Board of Sberbank German Gref used simulating a disability suit for testing of services for people with disabilities. Several media outlets reported that the Manager “under the guise of a disabled person tried to get credit in the savings Bank”. But in fact the event was planned and was held in presence of officials of credit organizations and journalists.
German Gref used a special suit GERT (GERontologic Test suit), which the Bank purchased to check the availability of the medium and thus to use them, reports the website of the Bank. These costumes mimic the physical restrictions

Mr. Gref added that the Bank will generate a set of proposals for people with disabilities — including “the purchase of special items, such as pram”. “I’ll give you a task to working on it”,— he promised.
