Recall that on 10 December will host a meeting of OPEC and the countries not members of the organization. It will be attended by the head of the Russian Ministry of energy Alexander Novak. OPEC expects that States not members of the cartel, to reduce oil production by 600 thousand Barr./day. Almost half are reducing the volume of oil — up to 300 thousand barrels./day (c 11,2 million Barr./day) — will be in Russian.
