MOSCOW, December 6 — RIA Novosti. Russian President Vladimir Putin called idiotic solution to the reluctance of the Lithuanian authorities to take members of the Russian constitutional court at the world conference of the courts.

“for Example, suddenly the Baltic state of Lithuania, which is now the Depository of the world conference of ships that every three years going, recently sent us a dispatch that the constitutional court judges are a threat to the security of the Republic of Lithuania”, — said the Chairman of the constitutional court Valery Zorkin at a meeting with the President in the Kremlin.

According to him, the question is, can the Russian judges to go to this event or not. Zorkin admitted that he had wanted to ask the President to hold a conference in Russia.

“We will not deny to come to us. Amazing things sometimes happen. But this is superficial, because it is not forbidden to Germany and not Austria banned”, he added.

“Excuse me, what exactly was the reason for this idiotic decision?”, — asked Putin.

According to Zorkin, in Vilnius, explained their actions by the fact that the court allegedly violated the territorial integrity of Ukraine, when he took the decision on conformity of the accession of the Crimea to the Russian Constitution.

“We proceeded from the fact that we solved the problems of the Crimean people, and no one from the standpoint of the UN Charter to be accused of incorrectness of our decision”, — said the head of the court.

Putin has reminded that the decision on Crimea was taken “on the basis of the Russian Constitution”.

“Very strange. Sometimes it seems that people generally fell from another planet,” concluded the President.

Zorkin, in turn, stressed that such decision affected Lithuania, but not Russia’s constitutional court.
