During the telephone conversation the Foreign Minister of Germany and Russia Sergei Lavrov and Frank-Walter Steinmeier agreed that Moscow and Berlin will jointly work on Kiev and self-proclaimed Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republic, to get them to perform in Minsk agreements. This was reported on the official website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
«Sergei Lavrov expressed concern about the continuing attempts of Kyiv to get away from fulfilling their obligations under the Minsk Agreement. First of all, it concerns the establishment of a direct dialogue with the Donbas on all aspects of “Minsk-2″, including the constitutional reform and the termination of social and economic blockade of the south-east of the country, “- said the agency. It also reaffirmed the mutual agreement to provide a consistent impact on the Ukrainian side with the aim to achieve full implementation of the package of measures on February 12.
