FSB in the Crimea arrested the Minister of Industry in the region – RBC

About the detention of 34-year-old Andrew Skrynnik Kryminform agency reported, citing the press service of the regional department of the FSB. Minister of Industry of the Crimea is suspected of complicity in the embezzlement committed by a group of persons by prior agreement.

This is the theft of property belonging to the country on a large scale in the Bakhchisarai area.

According to the FSB with the assistance of officials was stolen property worth more than 48 million rubles. The main suspects in the case are Vasily Chmielewski and Igor Karpov, who were part of the leadership of the Bakhchisaray district consumer society.

According to the investigation, the citizens of the Russian Federation Vasily Chmielewski and Igor Karpov by fraud group of persons by prior conspiracy conducted illegitimate meeting of shareholders a separate legal entity “Bakhchisaray district consumer society”, the results of which Karpov was elected chairman of the board, and Chmielewski – Chairman of the Board said the consumer society, to the acquisition of the rights of shareholders Bakhchsarai RAIPO.

Then, according to the FSB, Skrynnik prepared and submitted to the Federal Tax Service of Russia for the Republic of Crimea illegal requirement to re Bakhchsarai RAIPO in private ownership and use of false solutions of the general meeting of shareholders Bakhchsarai RAIPO and forged registration list of the general meeting of shareholders of the said company attackers allegedly registered in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities changes in the composition of the governing bodies and members Bakhchsarai RAIPO, resulting in possession of state property and property rights Bakhchsarai RAIPO.

In accordance with the Decree of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea on September 10, 2014 the property is owned by the Crimea, its total cost more than 48 million rubles., said the press officer.

With regard to Karpov and Khmelevskiy criminal case under part. 4 Art. 159 of the Criminal Code (fraud committed by a group of persons by prior agreement on a large scale). With regard Skrynnik prosecuted for the crime under Part. 5, Art. And 33 h. 4 Art. 159 of the Criminal Code (aiding and abetting in the commission of fraud), he faces a sentence of imprisonment for a term up to ten years and a fine of up to 1 million rubles.

Andrew Skrynnik was appointed Minister of Industrial Policy of the Crimea in July 2014 .
