Millerovo (Rostov region) , June 30 – RIA Novosti. Deputy Defense Minister Gen. Dmitry Bulgakov arrived on a working visit to the Rostov region to monitor the progress of construction of a railway from Voronezh to Rostov region, bypassing Ukraine.
