In the State Duma introduced a draft law on the establishment of criminal liability for failure to perform legal acts of the Russian president, Vladimir Putin, reports RIA “Novosti» .
According to the bill those responsible for failure of presidential decrees, will be fined in the amount of 2 to 3 million rubles., and they will not be allowed to hold positions related to the civil service for a period of up to three years.
The document states that its purpose is to improving performance discipline by supplementing the Russian Criminal Code Article 286.2 “Failure to fulfill decrees, orders and instructions of the President of Russia.” The explanatory note also states that the issue of executive discipline officers rose sharply under the economic sanctions of the West.
