The Investigative Committee of Russia (MRS) indicted the two involved in the case of the attack on the city of Budennovsk in 1995 under the command of Shamil Basayev, according to a press release agency. “Currently, the investigating authorities of the Main Investigation Department of the Russian IC in the North Caucasus Federal District to be held criminally liable, two natives of the Chechen Republic Ramzan Belyalov Mazday and Magomed” – the press service quoted the official representative of the TFR Vladimir Markin.
