According to Lebedev, the leaders of three factions (the Liberal Democratic Party, “United Russia” and “Fair Russia”) has signed a document that carries the elections to the State Duma on the third Sunday of September.

In this regard, Lebedev said that, most likely, the bill will be signed and then Zyuganov introduced next week.
