Bulk appealed against the refusal to let him go to the funeral Nemtsov – RIA Novosti

MOSCOW, March 2 – RIA Novosti. The Moscow City Court on March 4 will consider the complaint Alexei Navalny on the court’s refusal to let him go to the funeral of the murdered politician Boris Nemtsov, told RIA Novosti press-secretary of the court Juliana Solopova.

Nemtsov, a former held several senior positions in the Government of the Russian Federation, and then gone over to the opposition, on Saturday night, was shot dead in central Moscow. The investigation is considering several versions of crimes, including murder for hire.

Nemtsov will be buried on March 3 Troekurov Cemetery in Moscow. A memorial service will be held in the morning of the Sakharov Center.

“In the Moscow City Court received a complaint Navalny and his lawyers to refuse to temporarily release him from under administrative arrest, she was appointed to consider the March 4″ – she said .

Alexei Navalny was arrested for 15 days for violation of the order of the rally – he distributed leaflets in the metro to permit to hold a rally. Opposition figure to be released on March 6.
