President Barack Obama extends sanctions against Russia out of desperation, meanwhile in Europe more and more voices in favor of easing or lifting of sanctions. According to the documents made public, it comes to the extension of the restrictive measures against the Russian Federation, the US government applied 6, 16, 20 March and 19 December 2014. These sanctions was raised a number of Russian citizens, including officials, as well as government officials of the former President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych.
