 Lantratova also said that “the problem of inadequate behavior of the guards is a system and resonance. The episode with the stun is not the first and not the only one. We are aware of some cases of wrongful actions of security agencies from the public, but more simply fell on news feeds. Such situations arise often because of the connivance of the selection of personnel, inadequate training of security guards, lack of knowledge of regulations and protocols. These people deserve not only reprimands, and public works, and their employers are required not just to apologize to victims, and fully compensate for the damage, including moral and psychological ».
