The bill to postpone the parliamentary elections submitted to the State Duma. This was announced by Vice-Speaker Igor Lebedev. The document is registered about 9 pm, “Interfax”. The bill was supported by the representatives of three factions: the Liberal Democratic Party, “United Russia” and “Fair Russia”. Communists no compromise was reached. During recent consultations Party leader Gennady Zyuganov said that the Communist Party will agree to transfer only the election in November, said Lebedev. As expected, the first reading amendments to the law will be discussed in the autumn session. The deputy chairman of the profile committee of the Federation Council, Konstantin Dobrynin, in turn, said that in the upper chamber of the parliament will consider the bill on June 24.
