From the economic hardship of the Crimean population flees euphoria

More than half of Russians polled by the Levada Center (52% of 1,600 respondents) feel the increase in tension in the society. Approximately the same number of citizens pointed to the growing tension in the past. And in December 2012, the figure was even more – 58%.

According to the Levada Center, only 6% of those polled believe that today the government fulfills its social obligations to the people “in full”. The fact that it fulfills its obligations “to a large extent,” say 31% of respondents. At the same time, experts believe that the solution to many problems in Russia depends on the ability of the government to change its approach to economic policy. And if this approach to change is impossible, then, according to experts, you need something to do with the government itself.
