In Moscow the complex version of “Ready for Labour and Defence” may include cycling, roller skating and ice skating or Street workout. The Moscow City Government approved a plan for the implementation of the All-Russian sports and recreation complex “Ready for Labor and Defense.” According to the document, to July 1, 2015 the city will have to choose two additional types of tests that will be included in the complex. Sports organizations were encouraged to “availability of sports facilities in the city to prepare for the TRP.” In this case, certain standards, such as running, it will be possible to pass with the participation of urban marathons.

According to the chairman of the Moscow City Duma Commission for Physical Culture and Sport Cyril shields in complex TRP can make ice skating, for which a capital creates a full infrastructure. Other experts suggest to include in the set of push-ups or pull-ups on the parallel bars, the more that this sport is also now very fashionable among young people. A vice-president of the Cycling Federation in Moscow, the head of the movement “Rusvelos” Peter Dvoryankin proposes to include in the TRP cycling: ready for delivery standard can be specialized to the racetrack and training grounds in sports schools. The first discussion of these initiatives will take place on February 17 in the Moscow City Duma.

Let’s remind, on March 1, in the capital will be tested among schoolchildren, college students and other educational institutions: what schools will pass the standards first, to determine the Moscow Department of Education. School graduates who have received gold or silver GTO badge will add points for the exam on admission. And students who have passed the standards, can count on increased scholarships: the relevant draft federal law on the TRP considered in the State Duma.

Later, students will join citizens who are in the trade unions and companies that will sign a tripartite agreement with the City. And from January 1, 2016 regulations TRP offered to hand over all civil servants of the capital. For working Muscovites in the draft federal law on the TRP provides bonuses in the form of cash bonuses or compensatory time off: however, in this case the final decision rests with the employer. Earlier media reported that the majority of citizens are not willing to pass regulations and major sports complexes do not provide such an opportunity.
