Decree regulating the appearance of students and forbidding hats in the school building, adopted in May 2014, after that September 2 girls in headscarves are not allowed on the school line, says one of the applicants Kamil Badrudtinov.

 In October last year, the Supreme Court of Mordovia left the appeal, the decision confirmed today.
