The magistrate in Moscow staged a terrible accident in the town of Gus Crystal Vladimir region. She came back to celebrate the Day of Russia – about an hour the night on June 12 went on the road Slavnov, dimly lit section of it.
Despite the fact that on the road at this late hour there were not many cars, impatient 29 avtoledi year-old to “Audi A4″ decided to go on overtaking, and it ended sadly. She lost control, drove onto the sidewalk, rammed a pole and power lines knocked down two girls who were returning home from a walk.
According to the Investigative Committee, the status of girls is extremely difficult after the accident, one of them in traumatology, second – in the intensive care unit. The woman had an open head injury and concussion, she fell into a coma and still not regained consciousness.
The judge, meanwhile, did not bother to explain anything to the traffic police. And, referring to their status, flatly refused by medical examination.
Because to clarify the circumstances of the accident, investigators approached carefully – interviewed witnesses, collect documents, seized “Audi” judge for examination.
– As soon as the circumstances of the incident will be clarified, taking into account the peculiarities of bringing judges to criminal liability in respect of which the special procedure, the result will be decided, – said Senior Assistant Head Investigation Department of Insurance of the Russian Federation Vladimir Region Irina Minin.
