MOSCOW, June 15 – RIA Novosti. The State Duma on Tuesday will consider a draft request to the Constitutional Court to clarify the legitimacy of the transfer of the parliamentary elections, he told RIA Novosti on Monday, the deputy head of the LDPR faction Yaroslav Nilov.

The leaders of Duma factions EP, CP and the Liberal Democratic Party and Speaker of the House on Thursday sent a bill to the government to postpone the elections to the Duma from December to September. The Communist Party has threatened to appeal to the Constitutional Court if it is adopted. EP, the Liberal Democratic Party and CP have decided to send a request to the Constitutional Court that it upheld the constitutionality of the transfer.

Earlier, the relevant committee of the State Duma supported the project request.
