Russian Foreign Ministry: Ukraine distorts the content of the Minsk Agreement – a REGNUM
Officials from the Ukrainian side, represented by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Pavel Klimkin, and some Western nations, particularly the United States sided with the opinion of the radical nationalists in the Verkhovna Rada and began to distort the content of the Minsk agreements. This was stated today at the Russian Foreign Ministry.
