The draft law on state regulation of prices medizdely submitted to the Duma – a REGNUM
A draft law on state registration prices implants made to the State Duma of the Russian Federation a group of deputies headed by Chairman of the Committee on Health Sergei Kalashnikov (LDPR). Told IA REGNUM February 10 reported in the apparatus of the State Duma. The bill provides for state regulation of prices for implants included in the relevant list of products and applicable within the framework of the provision of state guarantees of free medical care to citizens, approved by the Government of the Russian Federation.

It is assumed that the marginal producers’ prices for medical products included in the list of implantable medical devices, will be calculated in accordance with the procedure approved by the Government, which will take into account both the balancing of the interests of consumers and producers, in particular, the retail selling prices.
At the same time registered price of medical devices, taking into account inflation processes will be reviewed, it follows from the amendments.
