Late in the evening on January 28 at the Central street in the village of Dubki in the Ufa district the tragedy occurred. When the children were playing in the street near the water tower, 13-year-old boy collapsed ice block. The Teens immediately called adults. Under a pile of snow they found the lifeless body of seventh graders: he died at the scene from skull fractures.
In dubky Oleh Andreev(name changed – Ed.) was staying. The boy’s family lives in the village Bulgakovo, and there he studied in the local high school.
RESPONSIVE AND BOLD
- Oleg Grew up in difficult conditions, by nature modest, well-mannered, we always set an example. His grandmother raised one because, of course, many do not need to remember the parents of a classmate of the deceased.
Friends of Oleg in one voice insists that such a sympathetic guy still need to look for: grandmother and helped her and the school first pulled the arm, if it was necessary to come to the rescue of the teacher.
-He never gave offense to the girls, defending, if someone bullied. Oleg – he’s very positive in life… was the voice of her classmate for a moment wavered – a common language each could find. Fond of sport: I started recently to go to the gym.
WHO is to BLAME?
the incident was interested in the Investigative Committee of the Republic: they are going to understand who is guilty that the child was hit by a snow mass.
- currently set all the circumstances of the incident, the cause of death of the deceased child, – have told in a press-Department service. Also during check it is established that the membership of the towers and of the person responsible for cleaning of roofs from snow and ice.
