“Monstrous practice”: in Russia reacted to the decision of the IPC on the Russian Paralympic athletes НТВ.Ru

Earlier it was reported that the international Paralympic Committee has not allowed the Russian Paralympic athletes to participate in qualification competitions for the Paralympics in 2018. The decision was taken yesterday at a meeting in Bonn, Germany. Currently, the RCC suspended from membership in the IPC because of a doping scandal around Russian athletes.
