Earlier, a source in emergency services of the region told RIA Novosti that one person was injured, according to preliminary data, at explosion of household gas in one of apartments in five-storey residential building in Krasnoyarsk.
“the cause of the explosion was violation of safety when handling gas equipment. The equipment itself was technically fine,” — said the Agency interlocutor.
According to him, the victim “left the valves open the gas stove, because of what happened accumulation of gas and subsequent flash and fire.”
the Ministry of health of the region earlier reported that the victim is in serious condition.
According to the main Department of EMERCOM in the region, rescuers evacuated nine residents of the entrance. At 10:23 local time the fire on the area of 30 square meters was extinguished, victims are not present. In the elimination of emergency was involved 23 people and six pieces of equipment, rescuers of the regional search and rescue team of EMERCOM of Russia, experts of Kraigas.
