After that, the company said that the defect is resolved, and started to exchange a previously purchased smartphone to a new one. However, as it turned out later, to solve the problem and failed, the battery in the new Galaxy Note 7 continued to ignite. In this regard, Samsung has subsequently announced a complete recall of all devices of this model and stop their production.
In Russia, official sales of the Samsung Galaxy Note 7 has not started.
