Meanwhile, Astana has confirmed the arrival on a meeting of delegations from Russia, Iran and Turkey.
“By this time, delegations of Russia, Turkey and Iran,” – said the foreign Ministry of Kazakhstan.
Representatives of the Syrian opposition and the special envoy of the United Nations, Staffan de Mistura, is expected to arrive in Astana in the night.
Sunday in the capital of Kazakhstan will land the plane with the delegation from Damascus.
Recall, the international meeting on the Syrian crisis will be held in Astana on January 23.
Earlier it was reported that representatives of the Syrian authorities do not intend to discuss at the meeting the issue of early presidential elections in the Syrian Arab Republic.
