Russian humanitarian convoy for the residents of the south-east of Ukraine went to the Donbas from the Rostov region, reported on December 21, “RIA Novosti” citing a source in the Russian Emergencies Ministry. “A column of more than 180 cars came from Don rescue center Emergency Situations Ministry in Rostov region and should be to the Russian border,” – said the source. More than 90 vehicles will travel to Donetsk region and about the same – in Lugansk.
