Kadyrov: Railroad from Russia to Georgia may pass through Chechnya – TVNZ

The government of Chechnya, together with the federal government is developing a plan to build a railway from Russia to Georgia through the Chechen Republic. This was announced by Ramzan Kadyrov at the final press conference in Grozny.
