According to data published in the system “E-justice”, February 18, the Russian representative of the American company Apple’s (OOO “Apple Rus”) filed several lawsuits against the Federal customs service (FCS).

The two suits were filed in the Moscow Arbitration court against the Central customs management of the FCS.
