The department said that the wooden structure collapsed in a flat two-storey brick house in the village of Yasnaya Polyana Biysk district. As a result, 12-year-old girl, who was there at the time of emergency, has received an injury from which she died on the spot.
On the fact of her death was a criminal case under part 1 of article 109 of the Criminal Code (causing death by negligence).
