“WP” has learned that the night watchman in one of the garden cooperatives asked for help from the man. He wanted to drop off someone to the hospital. The guard looked into the car and saw a man lying there. He offered to call an ambulance, but the man refused, and after driving a bit of a garden cooperative, slid on the car in the ditch.
